Have been to this office on multiple different occasions and have only been able to get what I need done once. First time was a matter with a citation and every other time was to attempt to register or update my registration. Over an hour wait, and when I eat to the counter, I have been told that I don't have the sufficient paperwork to handle my issue even though another office told me that what I actually needed. Every time an issue comes up or they cannot answer my questions,  instead of doing research and figuring out what it could be for an answer, they decide to run to their managers. Poor people skills and lack of motivation to help the customer the best they can. I will be going to another office from here on out.

I have to come here a lot for my job. Every time I come they give me a different story on how to do the paperwork. In the 3 1/2 years I have been here I have never been able to get everything done in one visit. The employees are rude and grumpy.  Once I went there trying to get my vehicle my grandmother had left me after she died titled and registered. I had all the paperwork from the court signed by a judge saying my grandmother had left me her vehicle and the representative told me my grandmother had to sign the title. Even after I explained she had died and was buried in Arlington National Cemetery and I could not get her signature they told me I could not title the vehicle without it. Yes this happened. I am not joking. These people do everything in their power so that you can not title your new vehicle and treat you like dirt if you don't know how to do their job as well as they do. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE!!! If you must go to the Tax Collector visit the office on N Monroe. The staff is friendly and helpful. The N Monroe office is the only one in town that gives great customer service and acts like they care.
