Fantastic place. I was met by a lovely lady, she showed me examples of what I was looking for. I hate to shop so i was able to get in and out in 10 mins. Delivery was great, they set up the sectional for me. Edit: I got a warranty on the couch, called the hotline where if I spilled anything, they'd tell me how to clean it. OR come clean it. Ya, they said sorry we got no idea and can't help. The warranty is a big scam.

First two items showed up fine, last item has been 4 weeks already and there's still no confirmation of when it will be delivered. If they have it in store they're great If they have to order it in.... DONT DO IT! Go somewhere else!

Sales staff followed us and listened to our conversation injecting himself when not welcome. We liked the couch but chose to buy a similar couch elsewhere because of Ken being so invasive. Do not recommend this store due to the behaviour of the sales staff.

It was good. Had no trouble to match price. Plus only store that we went to that had the washer in stock. Do Not have to wait for it

I have not actually bought anything here but it is pretty much the same as The Brick In fact I believe Leon's purchased The Brick about a year ago but they continue to operate under separate names. And I've always had at least reasonably good experiences with The Brick and in fact recently made purchases there and gave it a very high review based on that experience. I believe certain things at The Brick have improved since their takeover by Leon's and change of management. However specific to Leon's I was into the store yesterday and was very pleased with the service from the person that I spoke with. I did not make a purchase as the item that I wanted has been discontinued by the manufacturer and they are unable to order it but he did spend five or ten minutes double checking and trying to find out if there was a way that he could still order the product for me. I would certainly return to Leon's if I were in the market again for the various products that they sell:. Much of which are things that you would probably wish to at least see and touch in person rather than buy online. For example I don't know that I would want to buy a mattress that I had not actually seen and laid on for a few moments in the showroom. Likewise with a couch or a chair you often would want to try it out first because while they seem very straightforward sometimes you can discover that in fact this particular chair for example doesn't support my back the way I like or the arms on it or not comfortable. While online it may first appear to be perfect sometimes that opinion changes totally once you've actually tried it.
