I wish I could have met this doctor. Here's what happened: I messed up my first appointment by accidentally going to the address listed here on Google. My fault and totally take responsibility for the first appointment. The second, however, was scheduled at 1pm. I received a call from the assistant telling me I missed my appointment at 10:45am. I would never have scheduled an appointment at that time because that is right in the middle of our staff meeting at work. Rather than taking my word for it, and taking responsibility for accidentally scheduling me at the wrong time, the assistant argued with me and refused to give me an appointment at all. I would have loved to see this doctor as I've had foot pain for a long time. While I understand the no show policy, I would suggest some common sense and decency before going on power trips and losing perfectly good patients.
