Excellent staff - Chris knows his stuff in fitness, Jen is always a welcoming face and the whole team are great. Facility is modern and clean with new equipment and a pool with windows. Love watching the little ones play too! This is a wonderful family place!

Used these facilities for about three years growing up and it truly shaped the person I am today. The youth and leadership programs build strong character and the volunteer opportunities are great ways for kids to find new things they're passionate about. Absolutely recommend bringing your family here as there is something for everyone to do.

Had to cancel my child's swimming lessons and our family member ship today at Hamilton mountain. This was due to the restructuring of the swimming lessons program. When I first enrolled my child the swimming lessons were great. My child was taking them for over a year, they were 45 minutes in length. Giving kids plenty of time to learn. Then as of last week swim lessons were cut by 15 minutes to 30 minutes. 33 percent less swim time with no reduction in membership cost. Now my child is barely in the water for 20 minutes. The swim program has become a joke over night. Today son was standing on the deck for 5-10 minutes doing nothing. Whats a kid who is stuck with 5 other kids and 1 instructor going to learn in 20 minutes? "Not much" Yet according to the staff I must be blind because the kids all went in the pool on time. Even though I was on pool deck watching this all happened. There are really zero reasons to remain a member. Which is why I cancelled my membership. If you are reading this and interested in putting your kids in swimming lessons at the YMCA. The YMCA had a great the swim program which has become a joke, literally over night. I am looking for other alternatives in the area they all seem to be cheaper and less crowed at this point. Too bad that the people sitting in the YMCA ivory tower always have to ruin a good thing. One thing I learned by this experience is that your just a number at the YMCA. They could care less if you walk out the door. Which is what I did. The manager was too busy to speak to me when I tried to discuss this situation with them. They pawned me off to more junior staff members who just disagreed with every concern or issue I brought up. I'm sure that the actual managers were probably busy doing other things. More important things than addressing their members concerns.

A truly great place. The staff very friendly and helpful. The facilities very clean. Sufficient and modern equipment provided. A wide variety of programs to chose from. It is not the facility fault if we patrons are not always considerate of the environment and do our part to keep things as tidy as possible for all. The staff is continually cleaning and putting equipment back. Yet I've never heard them complain.

Who would actually pay $73/month for a membership here? The gym is pretty small and is mostly cardio/machines. Not much of a freeweight area.
