My friend suggest to meet at this pastry location. I came earlier and wait on the small dining room as if I wasn't even there. Someone came, maybe the owner, didn't offer me anything. As a matter of fact didn't even say good morning. It looks like that the pastries are good but honestly didn't even bother to try. Customer service and being just friendly matters a lot. I would give one star but again the pastries looks good - so here we go two stars! :/

The most delicious croissants I've ever had, and I grew up in Europe...so that says a lot. Absolutely excellent!

On Wednesday morning, I met a friend at Les Delices De Paris for a pastry and coffee. It was our first visit there. I will never ever return.  I'm assuming we were served by the owner. I've never been treated so rude at a place where I'm doing business. Rude,  ambivalent, scary, mean, and just plain nasty. The coffee was terrible.

I have been coming to this bakery like 2-3 times a year, for about 5 years now. Not anymore though after today. The treats are delightful.. the pastries are amazing... but the manager/owner of the shop is HORRIBLE. I would have gone soooooo much more throughout the years if her attitude were different. It's usually just her working, probably because she can't keep her employees.. because of her attitude. It's not only unprofessional, but it makes people NOT want to go back. Every time I leave, I want to call the owner to complain... then I realize she IS the owner. Haha. I have worked customer service, retail and the food industry my whole life.. and I honestly don't know how she is still in business. I think the best thing to do would be for her to wear a muzzle and only speak sign language, so she can stay working in the back.. and have a HAPPY staff working the customer service. I don't even think she could be on Master Chef because not even Gordon Ramsay would tolerate her. So you lil' missy, if you are reading this--I see now this is your only option in life.. so make the best of it and I guarantee your life will be rich and fulfilling.. but it all starts with your attitude.
