I have used Les Schwab for years and I am a loyal customer because of the service.  I recently had an issue with my tires.  Kenny and Noemi took care of the issue and had me out the door in 45 minutes.  I cannot say enough good things about this place.  Great people, great service, and great tires.  Can't go wrong.

They put on my new truck tires  just before their closing time so we'd have them for our camping trip the next day. Then they check brakes, suspension, and more -- then two of the guys even came over and explained my pneumatic airbag suspension system (new truck to me, and new RV;  I didn't even know I had airbags!    
        One of the guys sent me a postcard a couple weeks later thanking us for the purchase, and offered answers if we had any.  
      Finally, I just recently got a text reminding my it was time for a tire rotation and pressure check.      Yeah, I did Costco once... never again!

Firstly, I went in a few weeks ago to get new wheels(rims) put in my car, I was back on the road within about 40 minutes. Secondly, went in today with (what I thought was) a flat tire. They couldn't find anything, however, they went and gave it a second look. They found a small leak that mightve been caused by the new rims, or a pothole I had ran over a few days before. Patched it and got me back on the road, all the meantime it was passed their hours. Very happy with my experiences here!

The crew at Les Swab saved my bacon when I woke to a dead battery. Called them up and someone was at my house in 10 minutes. They gave a jump free of charge, followed me to the shop to make sure I got there alright. They got me the right battery on order since not in stock, called me 4 days later and got me running again with no more needing jumps from dead batteries. 
 They also patched my tire after noticing that my tire was low. Didn't charge for the tire repair. I hadn't even noticed it was getting low. The tech told me he noticed it was lower than it should have been checked the tire and found a shard of metal sticking out. They went the extra mile and I really do appreciate it. Very friendly staff looking out for the customers and doing everything to make traveling on the road safer.
