I'm not impressed.  3 hours I've been here
Said they were not busy.
I used to work for a different store years ago.
I could still out work these guys and do it faster. Had I worked this slow back in the day I would have been fired no joke

I called to ask how long the wait would be for a tire repair and was told "not long", I drove over from my office ~1 mile away and was told it would be a 2 hour wait. Please tell me what changed within 2-3 minutes of when I called to when I showed up?

This store suffers from chronic, unreasonably long wait times. Employees are friendly and seem to do their jobs well, but wait times just have to improve. 3 hours to fix one flat tire is totally unacceptable, especially when you are originally told to come back later in the day for more immediate service. Employees would do better if they were honest and upfront about how much older you're going to get waiting around for your vehicle, instead of just telling customers what they want to hear. It's likely you could have open heart surgery and fully recover before your car even makes it into the bay. There's just too many people swarming on this store during any time of the day. They should open another location to deal with the heavy customer load, or at least provide some knockout gas so you wouldn't have to be conscious while you're wasting away in the lobby.
