Love this place. They show up early, ready to work. I called them an hour before they opened, and they answered the call. How many places do that? Rare, solid work ethic indeed. Ryan and the team always do a great job, with patience and attention to detail. I've gotten tires, control arms, alignment, wheels... excellent in all respects. Thanks guys and gals for another job well done.

I've gone to Les Schwab many times for new tires or flats. I wasn't aware that they did batteries, but when I googled local battery sources, Les Schwab came up. I called them, the battery I needed for my Subaru was in stock. I went in, waited a few minutes until another worker was paged. He looked up the proper battery for my car - there were 2 options. He explained the difference, I chose the one I wanted and paid for it. He collected the new battery and placed it in the back seat. I went back home, my son put in the new battery and the car cranked right up. Quick, efficient service. Everything was wonderful except, not having to wait, I didn't get my popcorn! Darn! Maybe I can get some popcorn when I take in the bad battery for them to dispose of ( at no cost to me).

Very fast and responsive. They are always like that. Never selling anything that doesn't need to be fixed or replaced. I feel confident that what they tell me is true. They also support local schools.

We had a very pleasant experience after a very unlucky day! Ryan went above and beyond customer service to help us in an emergency need for a tire and rim for our boat trailer during the July fires. We had an immediate need for a tire and rim for our boat trailer that blew a tire in the middle of nowhere. Ryan made it a priority to get us in and out within 10 minutes so we could make it back in time to get the tire changed out and make it to our destination before they closed. Extremely satisfied with the quality and service and Ryan made our very challenging day a lot easier! Thank you

I came in to get my back brakes replaced the guy that helped me was honest and very friendly and very informative after the free brake inspection, I ended up not needing to do A brake job. He answered my questions and gave me an honest assessment of what I needed to do I will be back in the future
