The customer service is second to none. I have been a customer of Stevensville Les Schwab for years now and I have always been very happy with their service and products. The guys at the alignment shop are very helpful as well and really know their stuff. It's not too often I leave 5 star reviews but these guys deserve every little bit of it. I highly recommend!

UPDATE: Went back to Stevi Les Schwab to get a nail removed from my Toyos. Service was quick, staff was very accurate and polite. 

Last week I was told it would be a one hour wait to simply mount my summer tires on a civic. After over an hour, I asked again and was told it'd be an additional 1.5 hours. Today I showed up at 8:05, and was told it would be a "1.5" hour wait. There were 2 bays open when I walked in, and when I walked out. Only one customer in the waiting room. I do not mind waiting, but who knows how long I would have been there today while drop off vehicles from yesterday were worked on. Present customers should have some sort of priority, or at least an accurate wait time. Once again I will be driving to Missoula to Big Sky Tires, I highly recommend those guys over any shop in the valley.

awesome place they don't just sell tires they also do alignments and suspension along with brakes and exhaust very friendly atmosphere  and top notch Customer service I will be a lifetime Customer for sure

Excellent service as always!  I and my family have been doing business with Les Schwab for over 35 years.  First in the Columbia George area and the last 24 years here in Stevensville.  The local personnel are professional and courteous.  I have also had to use Les Schwab in travels around the Northwest several times.  It is really great to know that you are never far away from a Les Schwab Tire store.
