Very unprofessional. Damaged my moms tires, called us liars and provided no logical excuse of how the tire was not damaged by them when you could clearly see studs pushed into the tire before we arrived. Yelled at me to leave and would not fix thier own damage. She paid to have the studs removed and ruined a brand new tire. Tires better in way better shape than on my car which are also new. The guy had his hands on his forehead with a look of gloom before they decided to sneak and pull the studs out behind our back. Should have taken a picture. They circled both the studs too which even further incriminates what they did. They caused the tire to split buldge and not spin properly so the tread wore in one spot only on that side and they absolutely refused to provide any remedy to thier problem they jist kept yelling at us to leave louder than me calling them a liar.

Worst service ever.  I had a pair of studded Tires I brought into Goldendale Les Schwab twice to have stud removed. After driving a few weeks noticed a wobbling in the tire. Took it to Les schwab in The Dalles and they said tire had a bulge and possibly split.  My son removed the tire the following day and we saw that studs had been punched into tire instead of pulled. We immediately took the tire to Les Schwab in Goldendale.  The female service employee approached us and we explained to her what had happened and what we saw.  She instructed us to go into the office to speak to her boss.  In the meantime 4 or 5 employees had circled around the tire.  My son witnessed one of the employees holding his head like what are we gonna do.  Then one gentleman called us outside and asked us what the problem was. Told him about  the studs.  He said there are no studs in this tire.  It was obvious that there were because an employee had already marked were the studs had been in the tire.  We said you pulled the studs after we brought it in.  He lied and said they didn't. These people are liars and thieves.  DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.  My family has done business with this facility since it first opened in Goldendale.  Never have I experienced such deceit in my life. If I knew how to post a picture of the tire clearly marked in chalk including x where the stud was. Believe me this picture is going to corporate. MY SON AND I COULD HAVE DIED ON THE FREEWAY DUE TO THERE NEGLIGENCE!!!

Been in here enough that I'm getting a sense of how consistent the service is at this location. I pretty much look forward to every visit, it's gone smoothly each time, and often they've been able to get me in right away. Thanks!

Horribly negligent customer service. Employees always seem too busy to do their job. Minute jobs take hours with no apology or explanation for the unnecessary delay. Had been a loyal customer, but one too many bad experiences forces me to take my business elsewhere.

Martin always makes you feel welcome and always gets your issue fixed right up, I've used LS for many years and each store has at least one stand out employee and Martin is it.
