Very professional staff.

Our family has used Lescher-Milsap for many years, and we have used them for my grandparents, my mom, 2 uncles, and a few others. They have been nothing but the best. I'm sure with as many as they have done a few were not perfect, and knowing them no one feels worse about it then them. We will use no other for our Muskogee needs and I encourage you to do the same.

My father passed away while out of town. I was in Ohio and just looked up the closest funeral home to the hospital he passed and I got Lescher-Millsap. This was the biggest mistake ever. They first said they would take credit card and then called that evening and said no they won't because I could call and cancel the transaction after the service was done. I had to get a certified check over nighted to them. This was for cremation and overnight shipping services. They took almost 5 days to preform the cremation and didn't overnight the ashes as promised. My fathers ashes were not even their for his services. On top of everything they were extremely rude and truly acted as if they knew nothing about the business. I started doing more research after I got back to my home state of alabama and have read many reviews similar to my own.  This is not the company you want to be dealing with during such a sad time in your life. I wish I could go back and make a better decision.

I agree, this funeral home is very unprofessional. I was just 9 years old when my father passed and we decided to go with this place. The day of the service they wouldn't let my fathers best friend in because the room was "overcrowded" and he was sick at the time. My experience wasn't the worst, but that had to be terrible for my fathers friend.
