Leslie and her team at Keller Williams Realty did an amazing job with the sale of our duplex in West Hollywood.  As a matter of fact, our property sold for the highest amount on record for a duplex in our area!  As someone who has been in the mortgage business for many years, my standards in hiring a realtor were extremely high, and Leslie did not disappoint. She listed to us at every step, providing wise guidance through a volatile market, to ensure we got what we needed in that sale.  From meeting her, through to closing, was a 6 month process.  She hung in there through this long process...working with us to make sure we presented the best property, at an aggressive price.  Her team behind her was thorough and diligent--never missing a beat.  I strongly recommend Leslie Romenesko and her team.

I met Leslie about 4 years ago when I stumbled upon an open house.  Two years ago, when I decided to look for a home, I gave her a call, because she was not your stereotypical agent trying to push me into shopping when I wasn't ready.  When I started seriously looking, I was dishearted by the prices and didn't think I could find anything reasonably priced that didn't require a ton of work.  I was about to give up and put off home buying for a few more years, when she said, "You have to see just one more house.  I think it's the one,"  The moment I walked in and looked at it, I said "I want to make an offer".  A few weeks later it was mine and I have been happy ever since!  Leslie was so professional, so informed, and she was like a best friend helping me through the process.  She even offered a great list of repair people, appraisers, contractors, etc... and she has been a friend and a professional real estate resource ever since.   I will definitely hire her for future real estate transactions!

I had been looking for an affordable house in West Hollywood off and on for two years when I met Leslie at an open house.  I was immediately struck by her grace, charm and calm demeanor.  I was not looking for a real estate agent when I met her, in fact, I already had half a dozen realtor friends who wanted my business. But everything simply clicked with Leslie.  There was absolutely zero pressure on her part to sign me up as a new client.  We talked about the neighborhood, the price points, the specs of what I was looking for and she said she would keep her eyes open.  As my preferred price point was low for the area, I did not expect to hear back from her any time soon.  But I did hear back from Leslie and, bless her for her amazing degree of patience, we narrowed down options over the course of the next year and waited for the perfect listing to come up.  And it did!!!   I bought a fixer upper in my price range, renovated it and have been a happy WeHo resident ever since.

I am already looking forward to working with Leslie to sell my house next year and get into another fixer upper as I greatly enjoyed the renovation process and look forward to creating another home.  I would highly recommend Leslie to anyone, without reservations.  She truly is fantastic and there are not enough exemplary adjectives that I can cram into this one short review to describe her.

Full discloure.  She was my broker first.  Then my friend.  That's the best way to describe the excellent experience I had with Leslie on my team as I found my first home (condo actually).  I found Leslie through a referral and was really drawn to her personable but informed approach.  She has great follow through, listens to her clients (I'm a high maintenance- ask a lot of questions- kind of buyer) and, I think most importantly, really loves working in real estate.  I trust what she says (at one point I was hoping/ planning to buy a particular place and after walking through with me, she had some reservations; after we talked about it, I decided to move on and ultimately found the PERFECT home for me elsewhere).  Rather than push for the quick sale, she shared her expertise with me and- without naming names- I avoided buying an inferior property.  That kind of care deserves recommendation and I've tried to push her on all my friends who are in the hunt.  Definitely recommended.

Leslie was a phenomenal agent in helping us navigate through the nerves and fear of first time home buying.  Never pushy and always supportive, she got us a simply incredible deal on a dream home we really didn't think we had a shot at.  She's a shrewd negotiator and always had our best interests in mind.  She's also very knowledgeable about everything from financing options to design and contractor questions.  To boot, she's one of the more honest realtors I've ever met.  I come from a background in real estate and felt completely and totally at ease trusting Leslie in helping us get into a deal we both felt comfortable with and were extremely excited about.  We couldn't have done it without her.
