My wife and I were referred to Rick Lesser by our local attorney to handle a particularly unpleasant legal problem involving an agreement between family members. Their area of expertise is estate planning, wills, trusts, and related litigation.This was the first time we had ever been defendants in a legal proceeding and were understandably very concerned. At every step of the way, Rick and his associate, Jeff O'Kelley, were professional and exceptionally well-qualified to manage our case. They carefully explained the legal process to us as it unfolded over a 2 year period. We quickly discovered that experience and knowledge of the law are critical to a successful outcome - even if you are convinced that you have done nothing wrong - and they have both of these attributes in abundance. I am happy to report that the case was recently dismissed and we can now get on with our lives. I can, without reservation, give my highest recommendation to attorneys Rick Lesser and Jeff O'Kelley
