My daughter and I were day tripping today and were looking for something yummy and easy. We noticed the sign as we drove by, so we decided to park and stop in. The menu was simple in the best way, the staff was friendly, the service was quick, the restaurant was immaculate, and the food was fresh and delicious! We enjoyed every bite and loved the addition of the fruits and veggies on our plates. We both commented that we felt like we were sitting at our grandmother's table for lunch! Will definitely be back! Oh, and the price was so reasonable for good homemade, fresh food!
Cute place only open for lunch. Very nice ladies working here. Prices are so reasonable and quality of food is great. Seems popular with locals. Wish they had lobster rolls but was happy with my soup, half Ruben and chips.Food: 4/5
Such a warm and welcoming atmosphere; the food was delicious and the service was friendly. The grilled cheese reminded me of something my mom made me when I was younger and the nostalgia was comforting. I really loved the side of cantaloupe. Thank you so much!
My wife and I were in the Berkshires for the week with her mother and older cousin. We were looking for a quick lunch, and I saw the online menu for "Let's Do Lunch." The menu was very simple and reasonable priced. Everyone in my family enjoyed their meal and said the sandwiches were cooked to perfection. The soups were excellent. The owners were very friendly, and the service was very quick. The prices were very reasonable considering the quality of the food. I quipped to my wife, "On a gloomy day in the Berkshires, we found a ray of sunshine." I would encourage anyone visiting Lee MA to give this diner a visit. We had parked on the street, very limited parking, and learned there was public parking lots behind the building. As a side note, this is the first review of any restaurant type business I have ever done in 62 years. That's how great I thought this place was.
Sopped in here quick for a bite to eat while on the road. Not sure what everyone else was eating when they wrote all the positive reviews, but I got the saddest ham and cheese sandwich one could imagine. I would gladly have paid more for a better lunch.Food: 1/5
We stopped in when they opened for our first lunch, which comprised of two lobster rolls with coleslaw. We asked for black coffee and water. The nice lady greeted us at the door when she opened for the day. We had a nice chat and ordered our food. The lobster rolls were excellent. The coleslaw was very good laying on top of lettuce. Mine needed a tad bit of salt and pepper. We ordered a blueberry muffin to go with our coffee, the muffin and the coffee were excellent! We asked the nice lady to warm our muffin with some butter on it. A very pleasant experience.
My husband and I stopped by for a lunch! Wow we truly enjoyed our meal! We could tell everything was so fresh! Coleslaw was fantastic! I we be bringing my sister back for a bite soon ! thank you for a great service!Food: 5/5
Saw the amazing reviews so decided to stop here for lunch. Maybe we ordered the wrong food, but our experience didn’t match the reviewers we saw here. Ordered grilled ham and cheese and it was soggy. Also, had the quiche which was store bought and meh. The service was great and I love patronizing a family business but the food was just not good. Also, they use paper plates and plastic utensils which isn’t very eco friendly. Sorry, can not recommend this place.
Great little restaurant for a quick bite. Staff were very friendly as you'd expect at a family owned business and the food was well prepared. We had the lobster rolls which were a great portion size with a generous amount of meat not full of fillers to make it appear bigger like some other places. The sides were simple pairings such as potato salad and Cole slaw. While I wish the potato salad had a little more zing, the Cole slaw was excellent not too chunky, not runny. The restaurant itself is a small space but it is well utilized with indoor and outdoor seating. It is located right on the main strip with plentiful parking nearby. Overall a great find on our trip. Stop by and support small business! EDIT: After spending some time in Boston and Salem and paying MUCH more for other lobster rolls, this is still my favorite in Massachusetts. You're missing out if you don't eat here.
Just had lunch there. Delicious! Ladies are very friendly. Husband had lobster roll - no fillers. I had lobster bisque & chicken salad with side of potato salad. Homemade!!
