I visited the Levi's Store at the Spectrum for the first time today, and I was very pleased with the helpful attention I immediately received upon walking in the store. The store was clean, organized, and easy to navigate, and it was well-staffed with friendly sales reps.

This location used to be awesome. Unfortunately, those days are long gone now. It is hard to find a product as staff doesn't offer to help unless you ask for their help and they make up excuses for not accepting returns for online purchases.The staff is also not knowledgeable on the products at all about different cuts and models. Also, the fitting rooms are locked, which would be fine however at this location it takes over 5 minutes for staff to find a key when there is no line. I realized the store also changed the way sale items are stacked. It is literally impossible to see the sale items as they are stacked up so high and you have to wait for an associate to come and bring the items down for you. After waiting between fitting room and associate to help you, you just loose your interest in purchasing anything as it feels like a hassle and no one wants to hassle to spend their money, especially when you are paying full price. I would highly recommend going to the Orange outlet location instead. The staff is always on the go for you to find a product and purchase it.

We were the only customers around 8:10 pm tonight, and there were two staffs. They didn't say hi and bye but chatting each other all the time. Poor owner....

Surprisingly, prices here don't always beat prices for the same pants at other stores. But the service and selection is hard to beat!

I'm a big fan of Levi's. This store is well-stocked, and employees are nice.
