Wow! I live in SC but wanted to send flowers for a special occasion to a relative in Grayslake.  I chose to contact a local florist vs FTD, and am I glad I did.  Michele could not have been more accommodating.

I am out of state and ordering flowers for a friend's birthday.  I appreciate Marcy making the transaction so easy!  In just a few short minutes I was able to give her my order and it was done!

Nice flower shop. Been around for years. Cool atmosphere inside with floral displays & decorations all around inside. Great selection of flowers. Conveniently located on 45. Staff is helpful in selecting the correct arrangement for all types of occasions. Highly recommend this florist.

In a nutshell. Lewis Florist made my prom corsage with pink roses instead of white.  When confronted, I found out that they were out of white roses so they had to redo it with another white flower.  The "matching" boutonniere which was supposed to be white roses with a shimmer of silver sprayed at the top, was sprayed silver completely so it is possible the rose was not even white underneath...maybe that is why they sprayed  it so much.  They were supposed to hold on to the first pink corsage and let me have a choice since I was not so happy with the replacement for the roses.  When I returned, they had sold the pink one. I mentioned that I was disappointed, the man (perhaps the owner?), pointed and said there's the door.  I was not being rude or irate and in no way deserved to be treated like that especially in front of other customers.  It was really unbelievable and horrible customer service (the ladies at the counter were very sweet)!  Since then I read a few reviews given by other people and I found a couple of people that were also treated with complete disrespect.  Does this man hate his job?  Or people?   Who deserves to be treated like that?  Don’t use them or stop in and let them know why you will not use them!
