Natalie just sold our home! While some may think "no big deal" that happens often, one should consider that it was listed for over one year with one of the larger Realtors in the area and that during that time it was shown "perhaps" four times. Needless to say we were dismal about the home market in this area and had considered renting or just pulling it off the market and letting it sit empty. Thank goodness we found Lewis Realty. The difference in night and day is all we can say! Our home had not been listed with her three months before she sold it! Please forgive the exclamations but it is difficult not to exclaim and remark the difference between the large, blasé Realtor  who just wished to list a property and sit behind a desk and wait for a customer to stumble into their office and demand to make a purchase and an agent that took exciting photos, wrote descriptive and creative marketing ads filled with "adjectives" and who actively marketed and promoted our home. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, look no further. Lewis Realty is all that one could ask for in a Real Estate agency and Natalie Lewis is a dream come true as a Real Estate agent. She follows up, she stays in touch, she markets your home, she SELLS your home. Thank you Natalie. We consider ourselves fortunate to have found you. We are filled with gratitude. (by the way, the listing of 501 Winona ave is SOLD).

Would not recommend this Realtor!  She basically robbed us of $800 dollars. Because she felt like we didn't "deserve" our deposit back because it was inconvenient for her to have someone sublease the house we were renting.  We were homesick and wanted to move back to Raleigh.  Natalie told us it would be fine with her if we moved as long as we got someone to sublease.  WE put an ad on craigslist and a sign on the front lawn with MY number on it.  We got someone within a week to sublease the place.  We thought everything was fine and dandy until we called her in July (when the lease agreement ended) about our deposit.  She called us back leaving a well-rehearsed and thought out message saying that since it was such an inconvenience for her to get someone to sublease the house that she didn't think we deserved to get it back!!!  WE found someone to sublease the place! HORRIBLE experience over all!  We should have listened to the wonderful neighbors who warned us that nothing around the house that she promised to fix before we moved in would never get fixed! Apparently the previous tenants had issues with her as well. But what do ya know...the rotting back porch and the tacky, messy, vinyl covering on the window of the front door never got fixed.  Save yourself the trouble and go through Remax or Century21.  We were never late on rent and never hassled her about anything and this is how we are treated. Maybe she finally fixed up the house with the 800 dollars she kept! I thought it my duty to warn others.  What comes around goes around!
