Always get a fair and honest appraisal. Was given worst case and ended up being much easier fix. Used them for years. Not exactly sociable; but, always fixes the job right. Fair price for fair work and quick.

WARNING: 3/30/17 @ 5:20 PM: It took this company over 4 hours at $120 per hour to install a Kohler smooth side toilet. (He had to drill new holes, but come on!). And when I tried to express my unhappiness to Brian, the "office manager", over the phone, he was already aware that I was unhappy, quickly got short with me, tried to raise his voice over mine, and then shouted at me! Yes, I hung up on him, but you've got to be kidding me! While the plumber was cordial and appears to have done the job right, it took OVER 4 HOURS! What Master Plumber takes 4 hours to install a toilet? PS. They knew the day before the job what kind of toilet it was and didn't give ANY indication of what the cost would be. Disgusted.

UPDATE: 3/30/17 @ 5:25 PM: THEY CALLED THE POLICE ON ME! I WANTED TO TALK, WORK IT OUT, AND THEY NEVER EVEN TRIED. AFTER BRIAN SHOUTED AT ME, AND I HUNG UP ON HIM, HE IMMEDIATELY CALLED THE HIGHLAND VILLAGE POLICE DEPT. The police officer told him the same thing I already knew...this is not a criminal matter, but a civil dispute. No report was taken, this company is just intent on wasting time. AWFUL!

Had Lewisville plumbing replace a water heater 3.5 years ago and it started leaking.  I understand that things go bad, sometimes before you'd expect...but the man that I talked to was negative from the very start.  When I told him my problem, he automatically started in with "well you know the labor isn't under warranty".  Yes, I knew that...but the heater was.  Then he told me it would be next week before they could come out unless I wanted them to come out on Sat...which was an extra $350.  I asked for the owner and he said, "he's gonna tell you the same thing".  Was not happy with this representative of the company.

Very quick service, arrived, discovered the problem and fixed it quickly.  Since I was not at home, they called me to let me know the "what could" happen that could affect the price.  

Professional service, will use again if I have a plumbing need.
