Lexington Floral has never disappointed! I have always received beautiful  and unique corsages, boutonnieres, bouquets, and centerpieces, each time with exceptional customer service. Over the summer, a few friends and I planted our own succulents at their succulent bar; such a cute and fun idea, and all for a great price! I also stop in whenever I need a quick gift, and I love that they support other small businesses by carrying local vendors. Check them out!

I love this florist!!! I worked with a designer on my wedding bouquet (and small bouquet and bout) in April 2014 and was wowed. I needed an artificial bouquet due to some travel and photo requirements, and what they created blew me away. It not only stood up to the rigors of travel from Minnesota to Florida on the wedding day, but photographed exquisitely well.

So when my professional colleague and good friend asked me to manage the flowers for his wedding this winter (Dec 2017) I knew exactly where I would go. I have been working with Kim Bauer and she's absolutely extraordinary! I wanted to DIY the bouts and she worked with me on that; I described what the bride wanted and although I've not yet seen the finished product, based on her deep understanding and thoughtful consideration to date I have EVERY confidence that we'll be EXTREMELY pleased with the results. (I will update after!)

Of course the product is the most important thing in the floral biz; no amount of finesse could overcome wilted or disheveled product! That said, when you pair GREAT product with WONDERFUL customer service, you blow the doors off the competition. Lexington Floral does that. There's probably 150 florists between where I live and Lexington Floral. Yet I wouldn't consider going another place for an important job.

(Also the shop is cute and I like their gift stuff, especially when it goes on post-holiday sale!)

Very disappointed in the size for the price of a corsage for homecoming! Lacks detail embellishments to make it elegant. Will never go here again!
After writing this review a manager called me and asked if I could explain what happened. So after our conversation I am very happy with the great concern she had and felt my issue was addressed and resolved!

Great, friendly, and knowledge staff. Large variety of items to choose from, not just floral arrangements. Cute lil store! Highly recommend!
