Everyone here is rude. They act like they know everything and hangup on you after waiting 20 minutes for someone to pick up the phone. Definitely need new staff that actually cares about their job.

not helpful, I filed for unemployment last month and have been waiting for a check for A MONTH! first of all, no one helped me when I got there, when they finally noticed me just sitting there after giving them the paperwork they sent someone over to show me what site to use and how to file, the computer then shut down, I didn't get to "read" the confirmation info. no one told me id have to request benefits which is something you didn't have to do a long time ago. When I called them in frankfort to sort it out the man basically called me an idiot and said that I was wrong and that I'd have to wait another month to receive any benefits. bottom line, they're rude and not at all helpful.

office sucks. staff lazy and uneducated. front desk person slobbering on themselves. never answer phone, go in and wait all day. will close at their leisure without any notice. will try and close early, tell you that they dont have enough time to see you, even when showing up over half an hour early. only phone calls they will answer are when you press "1", for employers. have to go in about 2 hours before close, to avoid waiting all day, then they will start working, to clear the back load that has built up, while they sat in their offices and sipped coffee and ate donuts all day. but dont let that discourage you, thats where your tax dollars are going, so make sure and get yours.
