This used to be my favorite Chinese place, but after a string of bad experiences I will no longer be a customer. The most recent incident happened today. I ordered Lunch, and although I repeated myself several times, used the letters next to the name of the food, and did my best to communicate with the worker, he still wrote down the wrong order. Not only that, but when I called to ask if the right food could be delivered, he angrily denied that he made a mistake and accused me of lying. However, he did end up agreeing to send out the correct order. Three hours later and several phone calls later another person informs me that I told them I wanted to pick the order up and that I was to blame for the whole transaction.

I am sick and was hoping some wonton soup would be good.  Stopped in to pickup and got all the home in Willoughby to find the container had a hole and the broth all drained into the bag, and onto the floor of the car... our response from the restaurant was so sorry, we don't have driver so we credit you next time.  Sorry, no next time.
