Based on the great reviews, we decided to place an online order and try them out.  After placing the order, it stated the food would be ready in 20 minutes.

Well, we showed up 25 minutes after placing the order, paid for it and were surprisingly asked to sit down.  The place was completely empty on a rainy Tuesday night.  

The Cook could be heard complaining from the kitchen at the surprise order - the Cashier joined him to assist in cooking the food.  From the sounds of it, nothing was prepared as it appears they failed to check their online system for pending orders.

Most disappointing, they did not hold themselves accountable nor apologize, instead, they indicated they just received the online order as we walked in.  If that is true, then their online system does not function as intended and is no different than a walk-up order.  Will they do anything about it??  Little confidence based on my discussion with the Cashier.

One of several items ordered was a large egg drop soup - but they gave us a large chicken noodle soup instead.  The place had dirty floors and tables to boot.  Not impressed.

As for the food quality, the soup and main dishes were very good, but not excellent compared to Mo's down the street.  The egg roles, fried shrimp and pot stickers were below average.  Perhaps you will have better luck with this place.

Excellent experience! The BEST Chinese food by far in the area, maybe in all of the midwest( and beyond? )! Ordered 3 soups(wonton,egg drop,chicken noodle), appetizer combo,house fried rice, & general tao's chicken . Amazingly fresh & delicious! Opted for delivery(Christmas Day!!!)...Order was delivered fast, hot, & perfect!  A hidden gem! Their food outshines the competition by far! Don't waste your time and $ with the other's, with Li's House right before you! You'll be glad you did :)
