Story

The Oyster Bar is a new concept by Libby Hill Seafood Restaurants. With an eye to fusing the older traditions of Libby Hill with the evolving tastes of the marketplace, the flagship Oyster Bar was opened as an annex to Libby Hill on Cotswold. Our menu items range from quesadillas to raw oysters as we aim to accommodate the most discerning. And for the first time, we are serving beer and wine!

My wife and I ate in the Oyster Room, and the service was great, the good was good and cooked as ordered, and served promptly. Brandon and Stephanie helped us with our order and made sure our tea glasses were always filled. It is very nice to dine in a restaurant with friendly staff that go beyond just serving your order and make you feel like family. Our orders were very generous for the price we paid. We also got a to go order and Rebecca made sure everything was correct before we left. We always have a great dining experience at the Cotswald Libby Hills.

I grew up eating Libby hill.. Use to be great..  Quality of food and portions have slacked. Had a problem with food..  Waitress got mad said cook was her husband and he didnt make mistakes.  Gave 2 stars now because of the memory of what it use to be.  40 years ago

The clam chowder was the best I have had in a very long time and as i travel, I try it everywhere.  The fried oysters, the fried clams, the fried shrimp, the fried scallops and the French fries were all excellent.  Even the cole slaw was served fresh and refreshingly, very cold. And had excellent flavor.  Most places I have gone, the cole slaw was barely cool and unacceptable.  I never trust tarter sauce, but the cocktail sauce was also good.  I would definitely eat there again.

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service from waitress. In town for Easter weekend. First visit and excited to eat here. Definitely won't return!! I love Libby Hill normally. Terrible wait service from Stephanie. I am a pt waitress so I would hope I NEVER give this type of nonchalant attitude. The food was decent considering the salt shaker was disgusting with dried food on the inside and out along with rice and salt and dried lipstick stain on glass that obviously was not mines.Stephanie, If I ever give or gave this type of service I would hope I get this type of review and a manager called onsite immediately along with no tip.
