Friendly and professional staff except for the Aquatics department who are extremely biased and racist toward people of color. They provide plenty of feedback, friendly advise and consistant support to Caucasian members with Caucasian children however children of color are given the bare minimum of guidance from Aquatics instructors. The majority of the time instructors do not swim with swim team and pre-swim teams which I found odd as well as other members. Also, the Aquatics department are usually last minute in giving a heads up with cancellations due to weather and sometimes they provide make up days and sometimes they don't so it's seems as if there isn't an actual set "policy" in regards to make up days due to inclimate weather.

Great coaches. Smaller facility, but their creativity, awesome attitudes and excellent prices make up for it! My kids come home dead tired and super happy every night!
