Absolute gem for RV campers wanting to tour NYC! Woke up went outside and could see Statue of Liberty and NYC skyline. This RV park is basically a parking lot with electric and water access, not a blade of grass in sight. Easy access to subways, very affordable and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend and will camp there again.

The campground itself is very plain, just a large asphalt parking lot with electrical (30/50 amps) and water outlets. The bathroom and shower facilities are adequate and daily clean. It is hard to keep white tile clean. Security is awesome. They are very protective about this area. The best part about this park is it's proximity to NYC. About 5 blocks and you can take the PATH into Manhattan, or just outside the park you can take the communities ferry across to Manhattan. For its location and ease of transport to the city, it is totally worth it.

They give you a welcome pack. Booked online super easy and fast confirmation. The cleanest bathrooms I've ever seen. Easy RV hookups. Nice 24hr patrol. I felt extremely safe. Nice walk over to Liberty Park to see the Empty Sky Memorial.

The only good thing about this place is the location. The 30/50 was on however water was turned off at all sites do to cold weather. Had to use the only water at the dump 150' away. Overpriced! DON'T FORGET TO SIGN OUT THE LOG BOOK AT CHECKOUT TIME!! $40 PENALTY FEE for not signing out! The young lady at the desk refused to refund due to "policy" not a very customer service savy move! Only 3 other campers were there the entire time we spent 3 nights. So this time (mid December) of year it was not busy at all and I still got charged $40 for not signing out! No view. Short 7 min walk to PATH and for the city view.

Nothing fancy, just a nice place to camp just outside New York City. The tent sites are tiny. Our tent took up the whole site. The bathrooms were clean with nice showers and were right next to the tent sites which is good and bad. We felt safe and it was safe walking to the train for the city even at night.
