We switched our auto and home policies to Liberty Mutual a few years ago because Stacy Leissner took the time to explain in person the difference between what we had already and what they offered.  She sat with us and went line by line in comparison.  She made some suggestions as to how we could optimize our coverage and save money at the same time.  Stacy is so patient and knowledgeable!  Over the past two years we have had several issues within our house and Stacy has been there to walk us through everything.  I love the personal service she provides and her willingness to help.  Actually, I just love being able to have an actual relationship with my insurance agent.  I would wholeheartedly recommend Stacy and Liberty Mutual to anyone and everyone!

Most people probably don't brag about their insurance experiences but when your agent is a rock star like Susan Gonzalez its hard to keep quiet about it!  She has taken such good care of me over the years and saved me tons of money on home, auto, and umbrella policies.  These days its extremely rare to find someone that truly embodies what stellar customer service is really all about.  Susan answers all of my questions (yes, I ask a ton of them), helps me understand my options, and really goes the extra mile to ensure I am not spending a single dollar more than I need to for my coverage.  I could not be happier with the service she provides.  If you are in the market for insurance and have had less than stellar experiences with your agent, Susan is definitely the person you need to see!

I was a loyal customer with another insurance provider for over 20 years. A coworker suggested that I contact Susan Gonzalzez with Liberty Mutual to get a quote. The savings were amazing and my limits of liability actually increased. I really appreciate the customer service that Susan has provided me and my family the past 2 years. Susan made switching providers easier than I ever imagined. So happy I gave her a call.

Stacy Leissner at Liberty mutual is the best agent Ive had the opportunity to work with. She is very responsive, and knowledgeable! She has taken the time to brake down all of my coverage's and let me know how they work. Her recommendation are always in my best interest. -Highly recommended!

Worked with Matthew Ramirez. What a class act. He answered any questions I had and if he didn’t know the answer, his amazing team was there to help. Would definitely recommend him and their Agency. Great job !!!!
