To echo the other reviewers, it's pleasant living at Liberty Park until you have to move out, be prepared to be saddled with fees.  The fees were warranted per their rules, and the lease I signed, but was definitely hoping for more leeway.  Staff is great otherwise and service was always on time and pleasant as well.  

Maybe one star isn't completely fair, but if it helps the business reexamine why they are in business then the rating was effective.  At the end of the day, my last impression of them was that they are in business to add to their bottom line.  A lot of businesses are this way, but if they truly want to serve the military population which they've signed up and agreed to do, they should take care of the military members through the whole process.

I've been here six months and love base housing.The base maintenance can be a little tricky to get a hold of but always come through the company that cuts grass does a great job! For what you pay in rent you get in security and nice housing.

Renters beware.  We recently moved away from our home at Liberty Park and were charged $930 in penalty fees even though we were told there would be no penalties.  The staff and facilities at Liberty Park are very nice, however, management makes up policies and charges for things they don't properly explain.
