I am taking a moment out of my day to write a review for Liberty State Ins. mainly due to my positive experience with the staff there.  I was very impressed with their office area; very clean, organized and professional.  Mostly impressed by the agents.  I had an opportunity to speak with two of their agents and I was impressed that they are bilingual and very well skilled at what they do. Because of this experience, I would recommend them and I did feel very comfortable especially with the ease of communication  Thank you again Liberty.  I hope this review helps others, that is why I took the time.

In my line of work, I work with MANY insurance companies and this company is the WORST!  They are not professional and the manager actually told me to "go to hell" when I requested an updated Certificate of Insurance for a particular insured.  That was after being put on hold and after two prior requests for this information. I have never been treated so poorly and there are too many options for anyone to work with a company so poorly managed.  You will likely never get your claim filed or get through to anyone who will handle your situation professionally.
