Friendly staff. Met the new manager and she answered all my questions and was very helpful. They seem to have some new things they'll be offering customers and she told me about the workshops they have free for the public and the office looked inviting even for children. I will be back to do my taxes.

A gentlemans taxes were deposited into my bank account but thankfully they were given back to him and on top of it my state taxes weren't filed right. Almost 600 in the tube on top of court fees since they are ignoring me and the better buisness bureau and amended tax fees.... oh and being lied to by the manager there! Best part is the owner is fully aware of all of this and has nothing to say for herself Or her buisness.

The "tax professionals" at this establishment were all but professional during my 2012 tax preparation, putting a bad taste in my mouth from the get-go. But the utmost lack of respect and care about the fact that my refund was way, WAY past due was completely mind blowing. I was transferred to FOUR different people just to find out if these people had the correct bank and routing number for me. I was completely mis-advised, mislead and charged an ungodly amount of money for something I SHOULD have done myself; would have been way less stressful. The owner of the Hinesville store called me last and couldn't have been more rude. I wouldn't advise this office to anyone

The representatives who prepare your taxes at this place are far less knowledgeable about the tax system and how to file taxes than the average American.  This was a complete waste of $300.
