I have really enjoyed working with Bryan at Liberty Taxes for the past couple of years. Their customer service is through the roof (excellent)!!!!

I called and asked the questioned and do you do a credit check. The gentleman said no they look at prior tax years. I said OK.  Other than that I would have filed my taxes on line. And saved $400 they charged me to do my taxes.
This is clearly false advertisement. And yes I'm very upset. I will not be going back. Thats exactly why people stop going to places like this. They are all the same. You got me this time. And I won't be recommending them to know one.  Now I'm wondering if I'm going to get the rest of my money.
