I have ALWAYS had an excellent experience with Liberty Tax! They have never been snobs, nor pretentious...just down to earth people who are truly there to help. 

I've been with Liberty now for 5yrs or more and i'll always keep going back. 

The Kernersville location is managed by Anna who also overseas other locations - and she's the best! She knows her stuff, and I trust her completely. 

So despite those other reviews - I say "whatever" - Liberty Tax is the best choice and always the right choice for me!

Worst customer service I've ever had. First off if the government, or IRS , can verify my identity over the phone or internet then why can't liberty?!?! It is absolutely ridiculous that I have to drive  hour to get my adj. Gross income from last years tax returnan hour to get my as dj

Worst place ive ever been to !took 2 hrs and costs alot of money! They dnt go by there 100 percent garantee policy!
