Our experience was excellent. After dealing with another entity last year, this year was very pleasing from beginning to end. The professionalism and the overall customers service was very good. Our tax preparer George was very thorough and spent great detail explaining our tax return as well as ensuring it was correct. 
I will be bringing our last years tax return for the company to review and check them. Every year I always dread having the taxes done, this was the first smooth experience! Thank you George and Liberty Tax.

I would not give them 1 star but that's the only way I could leave a review. They quoted my daughter in excess of $500 to do a simple tax return. She told the preparer she was not going to pay that and she stated "well let me see what I can do". With my daughter being "relatively new" to filing taxes, she agreed to a lesser amount but in the end was still charged over $300 for a basic 1040EZ return and was told if she did not do a rapid file to get back within 48 hrs, it would not be filed until the 15th. So within 30 minutes of her coming home and explaining what transpired and me telling her to NOT FILE with them and get her paperwork back, she immediately contacted the office and was told she could pick up her w2s and would not be charged. When asked to confirm her info had not been sent to the IRS, she was put on hold and then a "different person came back stating they had been transmitted already". So one person tells her she can pick up her paperwork but the next one tells her they've submitted it already...so the lies just keep coming at this point. I have contacted the store manager, the IRS fraud line and sent an email to the CEO of Liberty tax service about their dishonest trade practices. Apparently $500 is the going rate because a coworker told me they quoted her the same for a 1040 basic return. BEWARE OF SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES. Use a reputable company people.

This place is very professional the staff are very kind and helpful. Tammy the office manager was very helpful and knew what she was doing! I will definitely recommend this place.
