I’ve been coming to this location for the last 10 years and I refuse to go elsewhere. The office is nice and cozy with very welcoming and friendly staff. As far as service I’ve been a satisfied customer for years. Never had an issue with the irs because my preparer Nigel is a professional and he knows his stuff.

Very poor service , 
Please don't go there if you want your tax return.

I would not recommend using this company.  Their "advice" caused me to not be able to renew my FAFSA, which made it impossible for me to afford to continue my post secondary education.  I called their number and visited their location on numerous occasions during their posted business hours, but no one was ever available.  I left message after message but never got a callback.  Next year, I'm definitely going to use a different, more professional company.
