Very Bad Customer Service they don’t greet or acknowledge you when you walk in the door they just look up and continue working. I asked if my file was done. I had to wait to see if all was completed properly then they had to make copies handed me my file did not offer to go over anything with me stated I would get back one amount when I looked at the file I asked why the difference in the amount the girl at the desk stated that the took my portion the 150.00 out of my refund I told her they should have informed me. Go over the taxes,refunds and monies owed very unprofessional just to hand a file over to someone with out explanations…………..
Maribel on the Santa Ana locations was amazing!!!! It’s my second year going to her. She makes sure she answers all my questions and is the nicest tax professional I’ve been too. She’s been able to get me the most money back. Definitely recommend her.
Just got $50 for filling my taxes and there was no waiting Time the tax prep was very knowledgeable and very nice. Totally recommending this place Main St and 20th in front of Bowers Museum. Come to this office is the best one so far.
