The people are friendly and very helpful when it comes to taxes insurance

Terrible place to do your taxes!!! Can't follow a simple instruction as to put an apartment number on my mailed check its been over a week and nobody in the office seems to have answers or know anything.. Why have employees if everything that comes out of their mouths is : well I don't know I'll have to speak to my boss!! Get it together people!!!
