I would give no stars if it would allow me to post. The analyst who completed our taxes placed information from my W2 into the wrong field on the Iowa state income tax form which resulted in an audit where we had to pay back to Iowa over $2500 plus $200 in penalties nearly 2 years later. Although the office manager had indicated they would reimburse us what we paid for them to do our taxes ($360) and the penalty amount, a subsequent conversation with the owner stated they wouldn't reimburse for anything. This is probably the single worst experience I've had with any tax preparation company.. Especially one that has an "Accuracy Guarantee" printed clearly on their website. This company was totally at fault, admitted it and the owner refused to make it right. I will never do business with this company again and will never recommend them to friends and family.

My son had his taxes done here and was grossly overcharged because the tax preparer wasn't astute enough to file short forms for either state or federal. I seriously don't understand how someone who is supposedly trained in filing taxes would make such a mistake and make the client pay for their error. They also charged him (despite him declining) for some gimic about being paid the next day...he didnt get paid the next day but they sure aren't stepping up to refund his money for that. Will never use their services again, am looking into filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and am hoping to discourage everyone from using their services. Save yourself a ton of hassle and have your taxes prepared elsewhere!
