Rippoff, lied about having refund to my home overcharged .more than. 500.00 to file my tax,0 refund

Online it states they close at 9pm on the door it states they close at 9pm when you call the nice representatives(depending on the day) tells you they close at 9pm but i arrived at 8pm on the dot and the rep looked at me and cut the light out then proceeded to her car and drove off with not a lick of remorse and i drove20min to get there tlk about a waste of gas and time very disappointed guess ill go to HNR block were they really close @ 9PM!!!!!!

I Give This Location 5 STARS , Fast Easy And Upfront About Everything I Had A Bad Experience With Jackson Hewitt And Liberty Tax Fix All My Problems Thank You Ladies Get Your Taxes Done Here The Fees Are A Bit High But Its All Worth It Because They Work With You
