They're horrible. They totally screwed up my taxes. They didn't enter all the forms I had taken in so now I have to wait another 6 weeks to get my return. IRS was only asking for a document they didn't put in and they wanted to do an amended tax form!!!! Which obviously takes longer. Apparently they don't know how to fax either!! They were also having me send incomplete documents so I almost had to wait even longer if I hadn't noticed. This office is a joke. I want my money back!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!
