I went to this tax service in November 2016 to file my 2015 taxes. I have social security(form from social security I handed to preparer)and small income from rental house. Only expense related to that is taxes and insurance...gave preparer those two figures. All fine...tax preparation fee . 100. This April same return...social security...rental income.same, only difference taxes increased a little and insurance figure a little different. That's it. Fee for preparation jumped to 309. Girl said that was with a discount! I questioned the increase...at the time couldn't find it in my checkbook the proof of previous fee. Anyway. Did find it...called owner regarding this. Haven"t connected with him personally yet. Did send a text and see where I missed a call from him .I certainly will pay for their services. If I had known the fee was going to be four times more for the same work would never have gone back. Hopefully it can be resolved.

For the sake of integrity, DO NOT go here to have your taxes done. They outright lied to me numerous times to bait and switch me into extra fees and a denied return. They still are refusing to refund me the $250 I paid them for their services and I would like to help to ensure no one else has to go through this horrid process with such rude people who absolutely and completely lack accountability and professionalism. They ripped me off and basically told me there was nothing I could do about it. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I strongly stress this.

Worst experience ever! Take my advice stay away from this place. First me and my fiancee called to make an appointment for 6 we weren't seen until 745 and then come to find out the guy who did are taxes ended being a fraud. He was even on the news! Then my fiancee called to get an update on her taxes and one of the unprofessional people working there was extremely rude to her for no reason!! She even said to her maybe you're under investigation by the irs that's why you haven't got your taxes yet. Ridiculous!! My fiancee has never even got a seatbelt ticket let alone a criminal offense. So today i called to speak to a manger about the unprofessional business they're running and was supposed to get a call back from a manger. I never did! They charge way too much to do your taxes. This place is a fraud and a very unprofessional business!
