We discovered it is much easier and even cheaper to go through Liberty Travel. They know the ins and outs, how to fly and book the cheapest flights and times, and help with all the complicated details. We have been dealing with Lori at the Bel Air, Maryland branch for 7 years. She has been fantastic.

We spent over an hour on pricing and arrangements for a cruise which consisted of 8 plus cabins and approximately 20 people. This is/was a over a year ahead of planning for a wedding. The agent ( Mollie Gleason) said she would contact the cruise line the next day to discuss for better pricing, room accommodations and info on wedding on ship. Well to a big surprise the following day the prices went up approximately $1000.00 per person. So bottom line is we were totally discussed and took our business elsewhere. Bottom line is we gave someone an opportunity to do a job and she totally dropped the ball so I won't be one to promote her business. Such poor service.

I used this store a few years ago to book our Disney vacation . They did an amazing job re-booked our trip 3 times every time a better deal came up . A month before our trip Disney had over booked our room and our agent negotiated an up grade to a suite in Animal Kingdom hotel from a mid grade room. I could have never got the deal I did on my own. We are doing another trip to Florida soon and will be using them again.
