I called after being referred to this specific location and asked to speak to a specific employee regarding and urgent matter. Both times an employee, EVELYN, answered and was nothing but beyond rude and unprofessional. The worst attitude I have ever dealt with over the phone. Hopefully no one else gets stuck dealing with her and her disgusting demeanor..

Spent a week in Puerto Vallarta that was well beyond our expectations.  Evelyn Estrada you know what you are doing.  You knew everything we were looking for and recommended Secrets to us.  Although we were a little concerned from the web site originally you assured us it is exactly what we wanted.  Wow were you right.  The accommodations room, food, service etc.  Couldn't have asked for a better spot! Thank you for your efforts Evelyn, and thank you Liberty Travel...Saving now for another Evelyn Estrada recommendation!
