The best overall item was actually the saffron and honey ice cream with granola. It was a summer 2024 special flavor. After getting half of the pastry items they had for that day the best items were the pretzel, chocolate cookie and the saffron ice cream. I also enjoyed the bread pudding. That chocolate cookie was like a death by chocolate cookie so if you’re into that, this is for you.
Amazing flakey, buttery treats and coffee. Not too much places to sit considering how busy it gets. Very fresh pastries. I see them constantly making more and bringing them out. Five stars. I came here for the rose pistachio croissant but my favourite out of three things was a savoury croissantFood: 5/5
Best pistachio croissant in nyc. Pistachio taste is strong and the flower flavour really balanced it well. $9 with tax is quite expensive but it worths every bite. This pistachio croissant is Undefeated. I have come back 4x already.Food: 5/5
Such an amazing bakery, I came on Sunday morning and it was quiet and calm atmosphere. Took the morning bun Za'atar croissant and a tahini chocolate cookie. Both were so good!Food: 5/5

The baked goods are phenomenal and worth the wait in line. The pistachio rose croissant was so flavorful and delicious. The chocolate chip cookie may be the best I’ve ever had.Food: 5/5
What a great Bakery. The baked Products were the best. Loved the Pistachio Croissant. Had another savory bun and coffee. Coffee was a dates based one and it was great. Highly recommend. I'm sure you won't be disappointed if you chose any of the option. Hope I can go back again!Food: 5/5
This is ‘The Bakery’ - one of my top favorites in the city. If given a chance I would want to work here just for the pistachio croissants. I cannot express how much I love librae bakery*trying not to drool. The loomi babka is yet another delicious things if you like something citrusy! Tried their soft serves over the summer. Felt the saffron one being on the sweeter end. Loved the malted bean one! Tbh been waiting for their burnt basque, wish they started selling slices of it.
Fresh pastries baked on site! The espresso croissant and drip coffee make a lovely combination. The rose water syrup and the flaky texture of the pistachio croissant make it almost baklava-esque. Halva pastry has good flavour but is far too rich to eat in one sitting.Food: 4/5
Loved it! The feta scone and zaatar morning bun were my favorite. Staff is friendly and the service is quick. 22.86$ for 3 pastries. It’s good pricing.
