Monica was great. She fit us in the day I called and walked me through our first lice experience. She made us feel comfortable and gave clear and easy instructions on how to get our home clean. Be sure to buy her leave in conditioner and shampoo- they smell amazing. I also bought a comb from her- the comb that comes in the Rid package is junk. So happy to be past all of the stress so quickly. Monica said that she is opening a LiceMasters in the south side of the city in the future too. Worth the money!!

They truly saved the day! We are a foster family and deal with lice on a regular basis. This time around I called in the professionals. Monica was prompt, kind and even offered my kids snacks and Netflix shows. To top off our experience they both left with new flowers in their hair. Worth every penny. I even purchased the non-toxic enzyme treatment and oil to treat them next go around.

I was put at ease that the treatment would work and was not harmful to my child. Monica is very kind and does her job not only to help get rid of the problem physically but also to help families emotionally get past the issue of dealing with lice. I am thankful there is a service like this out there!
