Some of you people are very rude and unappreciative. You are not owned anything. These government workers and overworked and underpaid. If you think it is so bad at this office, try going to Franklin County where the office you go to is decided by where you live. You have to get there at 7am and average length of time you will spend there is 4-7 hrs in order to be seen. If that is not enough for you try the BMV where you could waiting 2-4 hours to just get tags for your vehicle. Enjoy your day !

It seems that you get your number but they are always allowing people who don't read the sign that says pick a number and have a seat end up getting helped before the people who are actually doing what they should be doing and also allowing children to run around and be noisy when people who maybe hard of hearing CAN NOT HEAR THE NUMBERS BEING CALLED .AND AGAIN TODAY I HAVE TO GO BACK AND HAVE THINGS SCANNED THAT ALREADY HAVE BEEN BECAUSE I HAVE THE RECEIPTS WHERE THEY SCANNED IT BUT YET NO ONE CAN FIND IT IN THE SYSTEM AND I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR AND I AM TRANSFERRED TO ONE WHO WON'T BE IN UNTIL THURSDAY. Someone needs to retrain the staff and remind them that they are employees of the government. OH That's right they work rather just get a pay check but fail at doing the JOB Correctly

I thought they did great. I was in and out, they answered all my questions and did exactly what they said they were going to do. You people think this Job and Family is bad?! Head down to Vinton county and get back to me.

the people down there need to be more professional .they should own up to their mistakes i think that office needs to be monitor because there are people in that office you may no and they will sit around and talk about you and if the are childish they let their personal feeling get in the way of their job..i had a friend that told me she talk to a lday from the agency they thought she walked out the building and she didnt she heard them talking about her..they also need to learn how the new programs they ae given..i went two yrs without any asst..me and my family had not money at all not a cent..they told me they couldnt help me it wasnt until three months before my retirement came i went back down; there and the new manager told me i was eilgible for asst..i tell you if you feel that you are being disrespect and talk to like trash..etc you should reach out to someone outside of the agency
