Worst ever, can I rate 0/5?? I placed a $10,000 refrigerated mahogany wine cabinet on consignment and never heard back.  Several months later I called and was instructed I needed to send an email inquiry, which I dutifully did. What!!?  No response after a year, so I called today. The man I spoke w was rude and only wanted me to find the email and would not look up my account using my standard demographics. He told me to call tomorrow and actually hung up on me.  My next call will be Better Business Bureau, and then Small Claims Court.  Take my advice and go elsewhere.

UNPROFESSIONAL - I wish I had seen these reviews before I consigned a  fur coat with them.  They answered the phone and responded to my emails punctually when I was contacting about consigning.  That was in November.  Now that they have my item, they are flagrantly not upholding their own consignment agreement and have not responded to my emails (sent on the appropriate days of the contract) nor have they returned any of my calls.  My next step is also to call the Better Business Bureau.

BEWARE! THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES! They have promised to send me payment for my sold goods for 6 months and nothing ever shows up. I've asked for a full accounting of my inventory, and they never reply. Have sent dozens of emails and made phone calls with no reply. Finally had to threaten legal action and their accountant finally replied to my email and said they would mail me a check. That was 3 weeks ago and nothing. 

I WILL BE TAKING THEM TO COURT.

STAY AWAY!! THE BAD REVIEWS ARE SO, SO TRUE! I consigned so many beautiful high end items and their way of doing business is sketchy form the start if you are selling. THEY WILL NEVER CALL YOU TO TELL YOU ITEMS HAVE SOLD! THEY DO NOT HAVE PROOF OF SALE TO SHOW YOU OTHER THAN THEIR WORD AND YOU GET CLOSE TO NOTHING! IF YOUR ITEM IS THERE AND YOU WANT TO PICK IT UP THEY TELL YOU IT'S SOLD WHEN YOU COME BACK TO GET IT AND THEN INFORM YOU THAT IT SOLD AT HALF PRICE SALE! THEY WILL NOT MAIL ANYTHING TO YOU OR HAVE ANY SORT OF INVENTORY THAT YOU CONSIGNED WITH THEM IT'S ALL ON YOU! TERRIBLE ! TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! YOU ARE BETTER OFF NOW WITH THE SELLING APPS *******SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS AND FRUSTRATION AND SELL ON YOUR OWN!
