My daughter got her hair done for prom, took a picture in and left with hair nothing like the picture! She was heartbroken. It was her first prom and she was in tears. We called the manager and they offered for her to come back and get another style! It was her prom day! We didn't have time for her to go back! They wouldn't refund her money and didn't even seem to care that her night was ruined. Horrible service and obviously horrible stylists.

Love this place. I've never had a problem scheduling appointments and the staff is so gracious and helpful. If you have curly/wavy hair, Lauren is your girl! She does dry cutting and everything, plus she's just so fun and sweet. I feel like I'm visiting an old friend when I come in for a haircut :)

Augustina is my girl! Hair magic AND genuine conversation with her- she has never done wrong! I'm not just another client to her, she really cares and loves her clients and wants them to look their absolute best! I told her I had a hot date after my appointment, she did a complete makeover to make me feel special and ready! 
4 stars instead of 5 because if you're there in the afternoon, it's blinding from the sun coming through the front windows and reflecting off the stylists mirrors. But Augustina absolutely deserves 10 stars!

I get my hair done by Lauren, and she is PHENOMENAL! I am always blown away by how she exceeds my expectations. She truly listens and takes such good care of me, only person I'll ever go to! I highly recommend Lauren, you won't be disappointed!
