I needed a new primary care physician to oversee long term wound healing, and my sister suggested Dr. Simpson. I’m really glad she did. The staff are all friendly and Dr. Simpson herself is incredibly kind yet not hesitant to be candid when needed. I’m really impressed.

Horrible horrible horrible. This office is refusing to refund a payment overage I made on my first and only visit. You can never get anyone on the phone and they don't answer e-mails. I am pretty sure I am going to have to go to the office to try and get my refund. They don't answer emails and the quality of care was unprofessional. The office is very dirty and staff didn't wash hands before an exam. I would caution you to stay far away from this practice. UPDATE: Over 2 month after my visit and still being denied my refund. Office claims they put it in and waiting on approval. Refuses to give refund when I offered to come to office. It is very frustrating that an office is so mismanaged and poorly run.

I've been using this doctor for a few years. Always like the doctors and nurses I saw, but have had some issues I wanted people to be aware of. First off, it can be extremely difficult to get someone on the phone to make an appointment. It is usually about 50/50 as to whether someone answers or let's it go to voicemail. Also, I usually end up waiting at least 20-30 minutes to see the doctor once I'm there. The building is a little dirty inside and one time I noticed bloody gause on the floor of the exam room I was in. Finally, my last visit was in November of 2016. I paid my copy and was told that I had a zero balance and should be good to go. Then in September of 2017 I received a bill for almost $200 saying that I needed to pay immediately. I called to see what was going on, and the person I spoke with literally told me "yeah the person who was in charge of sending out bills before me just wasn't doing it." She was very nice and willing to work with me on payments, but I still couldn't believe that I was being billed almost a year late and they weren't going to lower the amount or anything to make up for it. I have since paid the bill in full just to be done with it. Basically, the office staff and doctors are very friendly and knowledgeable, but their process is just not professional or efficient. I wish them all the best for their business, but just some things to keep in mind before you visit.

So far so good! I have been to 3 appts at this facility. So far everything is great! They made adjustments to my Thyroid Meds and I feel better than ever! I am super thankful for this. The office staff are efficient and friendly. I have NOT experienced anything like what some of the other reviews described.

Office staff and manager are rude. They hold private conversations while you wait to be attended. I was sick for 4 days and saw the doctor on the first day. I did not go back because they already wrote me a prescription. I needed a doctor's excuse for work. I had to fight with them to give me two days excuse because they felt I should have gone to see them every day that i was sick. I am done with them and finding a new office.
