Had one of the best experiences when dealing with Sue. My partner and I wanted to upgrade to a larger unit and she couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. She took care of the change quickly and walked over with us to make sure we knew where the new unit was. The units themselves are great and the facility is secure and climate controlled. Prices are reasonable as well and access is easy, regardless of size of vehicle. I'd recommend this place to anyone, especially if they get to talk to Sue!

Easy and smooth transaction. Susan you are a star, Thank you for your help. Clean facility, customer service is amazing. For the size of our unit they had the best price. We love doing business in our neighborhood.

Very clean and spacious for a great deal near the city. I was lucky and got a ground floor 10x15 unit near an entrance. Susan at the front desk was very helpful. The unit I have has 10 foot ceilings so I have quite a lot of space left over. This is by far the best storage facility I have used in terms of cleanliness and ease of access.

My experience has been great. I needed a locker to store some things and Venita helped me a lot.
The storage facility is always clean, comfortable and competitively priced. 
After two years I will definitely recommend this storage facility if the same people are there after the change to Life Storage.
