Overall clean facility and friendly and helpful staff.  I would give this place 5 stars, but the prices keep going up, which makes this a 3 star rating.  But if you need a safe and clean facility to store all your prized possessions in the Little Village area, then this is your spot.

I would definitely recommend this facility, It is very clean site and  the young lady at the front desk ( I believe her name was Erika) assured I felt welcomed as she was taking care of 2 other clients before me. Recognizing somebody's presence is a big plus for me when walking into a busy scenario, and she definitely scored on that. I came in on a Saturday to inquire about pricing,   and she  definitely answered all of my questions, and at no point did i feel obligated to pay or rent a storage, not unless I was ready. I am definitely considering to go back to this location to rent a storage, and look forward to receiving that great customer service again. Having this individual be bilingual is definitely a plus for those whom primary language is Spanish. Thank You Erika!!!! :)

Really really bad customer service. This location has low pricing but the moment you get there they are going to force extra stuff on you. The manager is very rude and uncooperative. Went as far as clamming that she has no internet or printer (that i could see). After I talked to the customer service and found out that I could had faxed the missing documents (ideally the manager should had offered that) she refused me service. Because, I guess, she could not force me to pay extra for what i didn't need. I took my business elsewhere and really glad I did so.

First of all, I love that their staff is ALWAYS very attentive and courteous.
Although many times us, the customers, leave empty boxes or bags in the loading area, I usually see the ladies or the janitor picking them up and getting them out of the way.
On my own experience, the bathroom is always clean and with supplies available.

I usually go after 4pm and have stayed until 9pm or so, the lighting is always on and as you walk around it detects the presence and turns on on its own.
The customers are frequently messing up the south gate but eventually the facility gets it fixed. Entry or exit is never really an issue.
I like this facility quite a lot. I rented at another facility before this one and I only lasted one month there because I was not pleased with the lighting and the facility itself.
I've been at this location since October of 2016 and I'm happy here.
