Let's ha has been a blessing for Life Storage. I travel 80% of the time and sometimes forget about storage bill but she will give a courtesy call and make sure that everything is OK and I don't miss out on my monthly payments. Great to have a collector with a very pleasing personality. In her case keep her calling. Thanks

I gave a 2 because i couldnt get a truck to move in or out.... the lady told me i culodnt rent the truck on saturday because someone reserved it for the following tuesday so i had to once again go to uhaul very inconvienient as well as to me poor customer service because the truck was not gonna be in use until TUESDAY
